BTCpago provides POS (Point of Sale) software that enables merchants to accept Bitcoin payments.

To use BTCpago, you must create an account. You agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information. The account is personal and non-transferable.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically.

BTCpago grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license. The license is activated via a unique code (BTCP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).

The first 30 registered customers receive a 30-day free trial with the Starter plan. Spots are limited and assigned chronologically.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
• We are not responsible for losses due to Bitcoin price volatility.
• We are not responsible for transaction errors caused by incorrect wallet addresses.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

• Use the software in compliance with applicable laws.
• Verify tax compliance for accepting Bitcoin payments.
• Do not use the service for illegal activities.
• Securely manage your own Bitcoin wallet.

BTCpago operates as a software provider and does not fall under the category of financial service providers under German KWG or EU MiCA regulation.

You may terminate the contract by canceling your subscription. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data.

These Terms are governed by German law. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence apply.
